Enterprise Construction Qualification Add-on – General Contracting for Construction Engineering Level 2

A Level 2 qualified enterprise may undertake the following construction engineering projects:

Height limit: Industrial and civil construction projects with a height of less than 100 meters; and structural works with a height of less than 120 meters.

Area limit (key point): Construction projects with a total floor area of less than 150,000 square meters.

Span limit: Construction projects with a single-span clear span of less than 39 meters.
